Founding Story

From one question,
a company was born.

We were MBA classmates at the University of Saskatchewan - two professionals from different walks of life, but with remarkably aligned ambitions. Between lectures, we talked often. Not just about coursework, but about the future. About where technology was headed. About the problems that still need solving. What it would mean to build something truly our own.

We were dreamers, but the disciplined kind - the kind who back their vision with expertise, strategy, and an unwavering belief that the right idea, executed well, can change things.

The spark came from a problem Braden had been thinking deeply about the inefficiencies plaguing scheduling systems for healthcare workers. A real, pressing issue affecting one of the most critical sectors in our society.

“Why hand this off to a program when we could build it ourselves? Why not take everything we have our skills, our experience, our vision and create something that is entirely ours?”

That question landed with the weight of clarity. In that instant, the idea stopped being a project and became a purpose. We didn’t start with a boardroom or business plan. We started with a shared belief that technology, when built with intention and applied to the right problems, has the power to transform lives.

That belief is still the foundation of everything we do and it is the reason we show up every day ready to build what others have yet to imagine.

With over 20 years spanning Operations, Software Architecture, and AI/ML, Erick bridges business strategy and technical execution. His technical foundation includes a B.Sc. in Engineering (Electronics & Communication), diplomas in Software Engineering and Applied Data Science, a PG Certificate in Leadership, and an MBA candidacy. He holds PMP and two AWS certifications, underscoring his command of cloud architecture and AI-powered solutions built for real-world impact.

Braden Kinch

Co-Founder · Strategy Architect & Operations Engineer

Braden’s story begins in rural Saskatchewan, where discipline and teamwork were forged on hockey rinks and lacrosse fields. He earned a B.Comm. with a major in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan, then built experience across financial services, wealth management, and AI/ML within AgTech. As Co-Founder, he leads legal architecture, operational systems, and brand direction with a strategist’s eye for risk and a Saskatchewan-rooted commitment to building things that last.
